ABC News is doing a national story on incompetent adjudication, specifically, lazy judges who don't do their jobs.  Now is the time to be heard.

NEP -  //www.nevadansforequalparenting.org is soliciting the personal stories of harm brought about by sloppy judges.  If you have such a report, we need to know this weekend at the latest.

What we do not want and cannot use are lengthy stories about bad decisions, unfair decisions, decisions you didn't agree with and the like.  What we need, and need now, are short, concise stories of lazy  adjudication, or harm brought by incomplete cases, willful ignorance of facts, and the like.

Were you harmed by a judge who acted like he had something better to do?  Please name names and include 100-200 words about what  happened.  This national story airs very soon, so we cannot accept replies later than this weekend.

Please act now and help expose shoddy judges.

Dear Presiding Judge,                                May 1, 2005

Your honor.

Enclosed, please find evidence sufficient to justify your taking action against Judge Lorna A. Alksne and severely disciplining her for judicial misconduct (improper courtroom demeanor), specifically:

1.   Rude, abusive, and otherwise improper treatment of a disabled man (me/Petitioner).
2.   Failing or refusing to dispose promptly of judicial business for 3 years.
3.   Displaying an extreme conflict of interest, by giving undue financial favors to Respondent.
4.   Expression of extreme bias based on gender.
5.   Intentional disregard of the law.

1.Judge Alksne has repeatedly displayed rude, abusive and otherwise improper treatment of me (a disabled man).

Judge Alksne has biased the evidence set before the court during trial ending on July 9, 2003, during re-trial in March 4, 2004, and during re-trial in December 3, 2004.  Specifically, Judge Alksne has biased the Federal Government findings and the Court appointed Vocational Specialist findings and my physicians testimonies, all who have declared me to be 'Permanently Disabled'.  See attached exhibits:

1.a.   Court appointed Vocational Specialist Deirdre Sims July 9, 2003 testimony declaring me to be 'permanently, totally disabled'.
1.b.   Federal Government Social Security Administration declaring me disabled.
1.c.   Dr. Anthony M. Whitney letter declaring me to be permanently totally disabled.
1.d.   Dr. Robert C. Yacullo letter declaring I have advanced C3-4 degenerative disc disease and moderate C5-6 degenerative disc disease (in my neck).
1.e.   Dr. Howard N. Kaye declaring me to be medically unemployable.
1.f.   Dr. Howard N. Kaye declaring me to have chronic fatigue so great that I have times when I cannot leave the house or even get out of bed.
1.g.   Supporting medical records and parental family medical history.

The Court instantly granted my just request for reconsideration of the March 4, 2004 trial, after I received the Judge Alksne's March 4, 2004 bias 'Order After Hearing', which gave undue financial favors to Respondent.  And yet, before a third re-trial on December 3, 2004, (on either March 15, 2004, April 14, 2004, or April 26, 2004), while in Court, Judge Alksne biased the court by declaring a false and abusive 'Credibility Finding' against me, saying the Court didn't believe me.  Then the Court exercised both abusive and improper treatment of a disabled man by fabricating a false and malicious 'credibility finding', in an attempt to give the Court justification for covering up Judge Alksne's 'courtroom misconduct' of biasing the evidence and case law before the court, thereby 'giving undue financial favors to Respondent'.
