Hi

We live in Australia and just had a family assessment received today.  The psychologist stated that the mother is the most severe parental alienator she has seen.  Nevertheless she has awarded her custody!

I am sure I remember a few months ago seeing a web page that had law cases where because of severe PAS the "hated" parent has won custody.  Can anybody help me with this information.   I've done some searches and just cant find it now.

I think you are looking for the work of Dr. Richard Gardner. Try some google searches. I know what you are talking about. It was  worldwide caselaws on Parent Alienation. Will look to see if I still have the link.

Here is another site that will interest you.

I beleive the information you are looking for is here, saw it some time ago.
