Just FYI, they don't care because you aren't CP, if you had been CP, you would have gotten what you wanted.  I realize you probably already know this, my dh was ncp for ever, now as cp, gets almost everything he wants. (but is still fair to cp who is unreasonable).  When bm was cp, and requested unreasonable stuff, usually got about 3/4 of what she wanted, now it is almost zip.  Just fyi.
