Found out this past weekend that CP has not had any contact with GAL since GAL was appointed last September.  Hubby and I have been through all the interviews etc and we feel the GAL is on our side.  Heck our lawyer got to decide  when we went to court who our GAL was going to be.
my question is

The GAL made a decision last week about what we need to do about summer visitation since DH and CP couldnt make a decision.  Now that the decision has been made CP decides she wants to try and get in touch with the GAL.
Who looks bad here?
1) CP for not trying to get in touch with GAL for the last 10 months until now when a decision has been made that she doesnt like or
2) GAL for saying she has tried but never gotten her and had very little contact info.

We tried several months ago on the home interview with GAL to give her CP's info and she told us that isnt our responsibility.  Is this right or should we have given it to her anyway?

We gave CP GAL's number last week and we know she tried to call her.  As of yet GAL has not called her back but our lawyer has talked to the guardian since then we know.  Is this a good sign for us that the GAL doesnt seem to be too worried about talking to CP?

Cp's lawyer isnt doing anything.  She basically doesnt have one cause she hasnt paid him anything.  He doesnt even return our lawyer or the GAL;s phone calls.

Im afraid all of this will backfire on us .
