Hi all,

I am a divorced father of two kids. I have been smoking medical marijuana for controlling my hypertension and depression. I do not smoke, drink or do any illicit drugs. I have a doctors prescription for medical marijuana. I smoke only one or two puffs at night to relax and get a good nights sleep.

My ex-wife complained to the family court about my pot use and I have been denied normal visitation rights to my children for the past 4 years. I can see them only while accompanied by a court appointed monitor who I have to pay $50 each time I visit my children. I cannot drive my children around or take them to my house (all because I smoke medical marijuana!).

I got married again last year and I and my new wife are desperate to get my children back.

I would be most grateful if you are able to help me by suggesting a family law attorney in los angeles or point me to where I can find an attorney who can help me.

thank you very much.

thanks
