I have as of this date paid at least 45,000 dollars into child support
and have gained no ground on ever closing out or ending payments in any
of my cases ( 5 + judgments ) . My bank accounts have been seized and my
license has been revoked countless times until I would agree to pay
absurd amounts totaling 20,000 a year even though it left me well below
the poverty levels. As of recent I was brought back into court and now I
am gaining interest on cases and COLI increases that in 3 months are
5,000 dollars and more and my lawyer is moving slower and seems unaware
of the damage this is causing my family . We have at least 30 mistakes
and clerical typos that change weekly some only dollars off some
thousands and always against me. I desperately need your help as I am
out of ideas and losing hope to ever have any type of life, Thank you.

ok.....those are some large numbers.

Some of that is not relevant -- without details.  Like the more you earn, the more you pay.  That initial figure "means" nothing to me -- could be your grand total from day one for several children....etc...  Just like statistics, you gotta provide meat and details behind numbers for them to really mean anything.

Sounds like a good sit down with your attorney is in order -- get that person to explain this all to you.
I also suggest you find the on-line child support calculator for your state and crunch the numbers yourself.

lastly, I removed your real name....for your own safety, k?
