Ok, beside the fact that everyone is right that I should not put a lien on my home, I do understand, ...

I am looking to put a lien on my home per court order.

In short, if I want to go on vacation with Kid to Europe I need to post a lien on my home for 20K.

Question is how do I do that?
I am in Minnesota.

The idea is that the lien papers would be writen but I would not register it with the state and when we return per court order the lien is waived, ...

Bottom line is I am looking for a Lien form, ....

anyone ?

it sounds to me like you need what I have heard refered to as a "surity bond." Something that guarantees that a person will do things a certain way. If that is the case, a Bondsman or Bonding company may be of some help to you.

Good luck & God bless.
