Well, if you can show that the mother's past behavior is a danger to the child, then you might have a case. But, let's be objective. The mother is apparently pretty good at what she does, and she makes a lot of money doing it. And, it's not illegal, so evidently society doesn't seem to think that her behavior should be punished -- in fact, society seems quite content to reward women who deceive men and take their money.

I'm not making a value judgment here, or stating that I think that this woman's behavior is right or wrong. I'm just reporting the news. Goldigging and tricking men into conceiving children has been going on since the beginning of time, and neither legislators nor judges are interested in stopping the practice. On the other hand, society punishes women who try to sell themselves to men for money directly.

Go figure!
