Dear Socrateaser

1   Is there a statute of limitations on civil actions against the perpertrators of molestation?  (molested from the time they were 6 til they were 12 ).

2  If the perpetrator has assets how hard would it be to find representation for something like this?

Thank you

Different statutes of limitations in different states.

Depends on the quality of your proof. If a criminal court has convicted the defendant, then that judgment would satisfy the burden of proof in a civil action -- what would remain would be to prove damages.

I don't have any facts, therefore I can't comment further.
