If it is court ordered that you have to pick up and bring back the child, and you can't afford to do so, can the custodial parent deny you visitation?
My ex snuck a line into the divorce decree that says I can only have visitation in the custodial home (hers). She also will not allow my mother or any of my family to see my son. What can I do?
My ex and I have joint custody. Does he have a right to say where the kids are staying when I go on vacation?
My ex-wife is the non-custodial parent and has moved several hours away. Am I "in contempt" by not allowing the kids to call her long-distance? Shouldn't she be responsible for the calls?
My spouse is not a legal step-parent (there was no adoption) but he raised the boy he calls his son. He divorced the boy's mother and now she won't let him see the boy. Does he have any rights?
My ex is telling me that I can't see my child if I have a girlfriend. Can she do this legally?
What age do my children have to be before I can get them for overnight visits in the State I live in?
My ex-boyfriend keeps calling me about his baby, but my attorney tells me to not answer the calls until the court case is done. Will this hurt me later in court?
How how can I send a personal letter to my son without my ex getting before he does?
