Father's Issues / Re: Determining Paternity

You can file an order for a paternity test, and if it's your's guess what...
You'll probably be ordered to pay back child support, medical bills etc for the time your child was kidnapped from you.
Sick huh?
happened to me.

I have a 2 year old daughter, and I'm kinda wondering what's the experience in ways that other fathers out there have experienced some type of discrimination.
Besides the usual family court law poopoo we have do deal with...
I have such a hard time taking my daughter out and about.  Most every place I go to have no place at all for a father to change a diaper. I typically have to have someone stand outside a woman's restroom, and guard the door while I go in and use the changing table. There's been times I've even had to take my daughter out to the car to change her. Every womans bathroom I've seen has a place to change diapers, but rarely does a mans room have a changing table. I've even encountered some government buildings like this.
I'm thinking of starting an online database of 'father friendly' places.

yes, the paperwork is filled out, just have to get the cert. copy from the court and send it in.

I'm not sure about your laundry list of reasons, but....
Divorce, custody... horrible experience.
Try giving you, your wife, and your new child some time.

Giggles,
What I don't understand is how someone could WIN a custody case just to get child support. It's that I don't understand how a judge doesn't see through that. I don't understand how someone's only interest in a child is the support that comes with it.
I know it happens. It's just makes me sick.

Arizona state...
Ordered by the court to pay child support, DNA test says I'm the father, but I am not even on the birth certificate. Legal?

Sorry, but depending on your state law, he may be charged with sexual contact with a minor.
