Title: Need Help: Cs Issues
Post by: DLO_FL on May 17, 2004, 09:30:50 AM
Wrote Soc...  subject: "Please help -cs modification"

Quick summary: NCP was injured, filed Mod for a reduction. Florida has jurisdiction to modify and Fla entered original order on behalf of Texas. Fla. CSE closed case. NCP contacts Texas, send paystubs, Fla. petition to modify and employers name and address as employer had no order deduct support.

So, Tx sends Fla.'s support order to employer, BUT amended it and ordered employer raise NCP's obligation, even though we modify to REDUCE it. Soc says NCP needs to file a motion to quash what Texas sent. Does anyone know how this process works and what the Florida form is called?

TIA
