The beginning of the order reads:
"The above-captionoed matter came on for hearing before the Master for the Family Division on the 6th day of December 2005 on the Plaintiff's Motion to Modify Custody filed September 27, 2005.  Plaintiff and Defendant were present.  Accordingly, by the Circuit Couty for Prince George's County, Maryland, it is hereby, Ordered......"

There is no closing paragraph on our order states "Ordered, that this case be and is hereby closed for statistical purposes only"

Thank you!  One more question...

1) In the beginning of the Order where it is something to the effect of "the parties come before the court of this 8th day of February...."  What do I put, the date I am submitting the order or do I leave all of the verbage out?

Daggit didn't think about a proposed order....

1) Is it okay to basically type word for word the order we have but of course modify the parts we are trying to change?

2) Do both of us need to sign it?

3) Do I file the proposed order along with the modification of custody paperwork?

NCP had every other weekend vistation, since Christmas I have withheld the child because of things that were going on at his home, last week I bluntly told him what he was doing wrong and how his actions were affecting out daughter.  He 100% agreed, I told him I will not support him having overnight visitation with her and I am going to court to file the paperwork to say so.  He said court wasn't needed he wouldn't be able to take off to come up there he would abide by what I recommend.  So I typed up my modification that says no overnight visitation with dad, visits start every other Saturday at 11:30 am (after dance class) and ends at 8:00pm and every other Sunday from 9:00 am ending at 8:00 pm, I typed up his answer that states he agrees to the change in visitation, I filed my modification and his answer together hopeing we won't have to go back to court

1) Since I filed my modification and his answer (agreeing to what I recommend) will we have to go back to court or will it just be entered as a part of our order?

Sorry wasn't trying to be "vulgar" about it but that really pissed the judge of last time but I still needed something else for "proof".  Okay I have my modification all filled out and ready to be filed.  He has not seen the child since Christmas vacation because I have been withholding her because of the perviously mentioned statements.  I know he has to miss several visits in our state in order to hold me in contempt of courts

1) if my modifcation and his contempt paperwork cross is that a bad thing, does that not look good for me?

2) is it smart to file my contempt for nonpayment of child support at the same time I file for modification of custody?

3) how likely is it for him to visit with his child 8:00 - 8:00 on saturday, then 8-8 on sunday, is that a good plan or feasible in the courts eyes?

I want to prove that he lives in dc with his father...

4) how can I prove this?  I know his pay stub shows that address and him paying dc taxes.

5) how do I get the courts to "subpeona" that information?

Okay I was taking my daughter to a speciliast because I was concerned inappropriate things were happening when she was with her dad for their every other weekend visits.  The specialist did not conclude anything sexual misconduct had occured with my daughter but concluded that inappropriate things were happening in the daughters presence.  Like my daughter talked about the different women her and her dad slept with, about the woman being naked and about her not being allowed to tell the woman about each other.  Now I want to stop his every other weekend vistation because it is clear that he doesn't have a reasonable place for her to sleep that doesn't involve women in the bed.  He testified under oath that he lives with his mom which is a falt out lie, in lives in a one bedroom with his father, sister, uncle and whatever woman he picks for the night.

1) Is this a change in circumstance to take away the every other weekend visitation?

2) Not sure what I should put on the modification paper, that I request supervised visits until he has an adequate place for the child or no overnight visitation?

3) His character with the courts is already tarnished because he admitted to ________ to the tape of her being born, will this help me in any way?

I did not confirm anything the specilist confirmed.

I'm not looking for an abuse angle as I stated I don't need one.  I don't have any verbage in my order that states I have to stay here and two summers ago I put on the record that I was looking to move.  I am a step mother and wanted information for knowledge in my case with my daughter but to have the information ready available when it's time to approach the situation with my step daughter.

I don't care about you being suspect or anything else and I'm not sure why you would give a damn about my reasons for being here unless they were specifically hurting you.   The question you should have asked was how far was I moving to and them maybe you comment about moving far away wouldn't have been warranted because I am moving less then thirty minutes away, it is just another state.  Thanks but no thanks for your concerns and skepticism.

What's the hmmm for?  I have been planning a move for a long time and for your information the behavior specilist confirmed my suspicions and he will be facing the courts right now.  Please believe I don't need to move to terminate his visitation he has terminated his own!

where I can find state laws pertaining to the family division.  Like I want to look up their statue about the custodial parent relocating, and just other topics as well.

Is there a website to look up state laws pertaining to the family division?
