Title: Need some input, regarding letter
Post by: Edeltruda on Dec 14, 2003, 03:53:40 PM
We need some input so that we can get started on a letter.  Dh's attorney wants him to write a letter to BM. The attorney wants all of BM's negative actions throughout the custody case, such as refusal of visitation, etc... Dh is asking me to help him get started.   It is my understanding that the attorney wants to place BM 'on notice' for ehr actions.  Anyone ever done a letter like this before?

1. Where do we start?

2. Should this be letter format, or simply list items 1 to 1000?

Any input would be greatly appreciated because we're both at a roadblock here. Thank you.

Instead of a "letter" format, I highly recommend using something like the service from  http://www.parentingtime.net

Here's a review of the service, which sounds almost perfect for what you're going to be doing: assembling comprehensive documentation on an unccoperative parent's actions.
