I am married and have a 2 yr old son in California. Been married 1.5 yrs. We live with his parents. Recently I have been having an affair and do not want to be married. When his family found out it was overwelming and I tried to commit suicide. I lived and was in hospital for several days. Now I am out and I am living with my parents. I have a plan and am seeing a therapist and taking medication. I am planning on getting a divorce and want to know my rights as a mother. As of now my husband and his parents are taking care of my son and making desisions on when I can see him. I want to know what my rights are until we are divorced it could take a while.
