Title: I forgot...
Post by: Sunshine1 on Dec 04, 2006, 02:22:49 PM
A while back you told me what to file and for the life of me can't find where I pasted it.

I need to file a motion for contempt and I need to file with that something else to compel the BF to sign the passports for our children

1. What do I label that motion?

2. Can I file them together for the same day or is one family and one civil?

Motion for clarification of parents' rights concerning foreign travel. But, I don't think that the judge will order the other parent to sign the passports. The better approach is to get the court to award you sole discretion over the question of foreign travel. Then you don't need the other parent's signature.

Contempt is always a separate motion.
