Hi
My son was in court the other day for visitation, the entire process was less than ten minutes. We aren't even sure if this was the actual custody/support hearing. This was his first time in for visitation.
My son is awaiting his lawyers call back. He was given one day a week unsupervised visitation with his 5 month old son, and he's to provide the transportation.
He's scheduled to go back to court in January, and it's being called a court conference.
1. What is a court conference?
2. What happens during them?
3. Will this give him more visitation?
Thanks in advance
Lisa

parties meet and give the judge a status report. Judge suggests probable outcome of trial. Parties my try to settle out of court. Otherwise, trial date set.

See above.

Uncertain.
