If one is thinking of devorce, do they need to have a layer from the county in which they and their spouse resides and do they have to file in that county or can they file in a different county...like the county in which they work?
thanks

You can have an attorney in any county you want as long as they are able to practice law in the state.
One files in the county that they live in. Not work in.
BTW, it usually is a good idea to have an attorney familiar with the courts and judges in the county you file in.
