When we got custody of the kids, the x was not working so for 6 months we did not get support. There was no cs order. Now that she is working again the lawyer says we can go after her for support. The lawyer knows the x is not cooperative, so he told me he would let the courts take care of it. Does anyone know the process for this and how she will be notified. I am in Illinois.
