Thanks,

I was in court on the 24th, and the court awd her $1694.00 in cs,
and she gets $540.00 in ss. I only make $5636. per month.
I'm sinking and need help, please adv.

Oh boy, what a ripoff. I have no idea what you can do...it's not easy to overturn court ordered child support. Your best bet, if you haven't already done so, is to read (!!) the guidelines for posting on Socrateasers board & ask him for advice. He is an attorney who I believe practices out of CA. He will be able to tell you if anything can be done at all.

Thanks for the bleeding hart, THe Ca State law stats employers can only give up 50% of my disposable income, So every month I go into the HOLE.
My questin is how do I find the Socrateasers board ?
