Title: reasonable time for notification after 21 days expires

1) Had hearing to Modify CS
2) Ex did not appear
3) Referee recommended modification
4) 21 day period for her to object expired 2 weeks agao
5) When should I expect a court order?

1) Call your attorney to follow up on whether your ex filed an objection and, if not, if court order has been filed.

2) If you don't have an attorney call the Clerk of Court (or go to the courthouse to review the file) to see if your ex filed an objection and/or the order has been filed.
