Last I saw it had been filed in 40 states.

I just want you to know that I forwarded this info. on to everybody I know, including links to the fox news article, the actual case, and the petition. I asked them to forward it to everybody they know, regardless of whether they don't care to sign or read it. If we can get a little umph behind this, we might make something happen.
