Title: Graduate School

My son resides in NY where one is liable for support until a "child" is 21.  My ex has asked me to help pay for graduate school.  Am I liable for this too?

No, my NY papers state "full-time undergraduate school studies" I think. Look at your papers and see when emancipation ends the support.

You are only reasonsible until 21 not for the duration of their college education unless otherwise stipulated to in the court order. NY needs to make some changes happen!!! Parents being responsible for &/or having to pay past 18 is totally antiquated.
