Downturn in my economic sector has reduced my income by more than 20%. Ex (CP) has remarried and has two additional children besides the one child between us and has recently earned a nursing degree which has raised her income significantly.
When calculating support, child care expenses are included as an expense. Can ex claim child care expenses for children other than our own child when calculating support?
When she is calculating childcare for childsupport reasons she should only use what is it costing for the one child with you.
In WA State on their support guidelines it has a place that you get a credit for transportation.
Not sure about each state though.

Thanks for the reply, wendl. I'm in Indiana.
Ex is moving again so the transportation issue is relevant as our decree is silent on the issue and I have been providing all the transportation.
