How many times can child support file the same motion? After recieving a decision from the judge, child support has file another motion, just changed the wording from the original motion. Kind of like double jeprody?
What kind of motion is this - from the child support enforcement? In VA, you cannot file more than every six months - and it may actually be a year.......
It is a motion for Health insurance and out of pocket medical expenses that the judge ruled on at the initial motion for support & medical expenses. My attorney is having a problem fighting this, as I think he and the attorney for child support made an agreement before the intial hearing.
*SNORT* You need to review your state codes. It's highly doubtful that there could be a review within such a short period of time. You need a new lawyer. Your lawyer is a wish-washy butthead who is afraid of the judge. He/she doesn't go home to a great big bill with possible jail time hanging over his/her heads! NO, they get paid to see you screwed!! How fun that must be!!! Been there, had one of those!!!!! Motion to DISMISS because c/s was already ruled on (date). They need a change of circumstances in order to motion for a new order or a period of time (per your state code which you look up the numbers & include, VA is every three years or income increase of 20% plus it has to equal at least a $25.00 support increase.) Once you write it up, post it on Socrateasers board for his review.
