I just got off the phone with unemployment. I have an arrearage of $200 and they took 1/2 my unemplyment to cover it. I got a grand total of like $320 for 2 weeks. I bring more than that home a week. Bullshit!!!

But the chick told me that if you have any arrearage that they can take 50% of your unemployment.

Here it is 50% for child support and up to 65% if you have arrears...

we have CSE and they also can take up to 50% for CS and up to 65% if the NCP has arrears.

I can only imagine how ticked off my X was when they (CSE) found his bank account and SEIZED it!! I tell you one thing...It was a happy day for me!! I got a check for $7500!!! :-)
