I went to court and got a ten year old support order vacated because it was obtained under fraudulent terms, and the birth certificate of said child has another man listed as the father; however, the state in which I reside has a hold on my taxes--this lady is Pissed because I got the original order vacated.

I recently challenged this issue on my credit report and they immediately, without hesitation, dropped it from my credit report, but, she still won't release my taxes: What can I do or what is my options?

Have you called CSE office there and asked them what to do or what paperwork is needed since the order has been vacated?
