Does anyone know where I can find a letter requesting other party to comply with CO? Specifically in regards to phone access and CP promoting positive relationship between child and NCP?

I think if you have to spell it out for them, they aren't likely to change. :(

It would still be good documentation to take to court, though, so I don't see any downside in sending it. You're just trying to get along with them and do what's right. If they ignore it, it's no reflection on you.

This is exactly why I want it, for court purposes. Someday we are going to get these kids back.
