Title: I can't understand you all
Post by: c_alexander on Jul 13, 2005, 02:57:43 PM
I can't understand you all when you use abbgrevations like DH, SS, BM, DD and all that stuff. I want to help people with their questions, but come on are we too lazy to type out a name or as least LIST all the abbreiavtions? It is VERY confusing

DH= dear husband
SS= step son
BM= biological mother
BF=biological father
DD= dear daughter
DS= dear son

I know it's confusing so I don't usually use the abbreviations unless the person that created the post uses them.  Although since I do kow the meaning to most of them I sometimes slip.

Thank you. I wanted to read some of these posts, but couldn't figure out what the heck they were talking about with the abbreviates. I still don't understand why people use them though...

Sometimes I can't understand them either. I refer to this link which helps.
