Title: custody

My husband just found out that he has a 3 yr old, The mother is giving him a hard time, not letting him see the 3 yr old. He had called the police and went to file a motion in regards to this. Is there anything els we can do. I am telling him to go for custody and that is the gole at this point.
Can any one give any more information.

is highly unlikely.  Especially if the child doesn't know him.  

If thats the case then he should be asking for reunification visitation.  THis could be visits with the dad and child AND someone they are both comfortable with, DEFINATELY NOT the mother tho.

In trhat case you'd need to do exactly what your doing.  Along with also file contempt against the mother for denying parenting time.

Would the contempt be filed in the same way as a motion? Is there anything he would need to take with him to file?
