Hey all
I have a little different situation - my husbands ex has come out of the closet, and has taken my step-children and moved to florida with them. We have not seen the kids since May - and now it is obvious that she is attempting to alienate the kids from us. We have filed a law suit, but unfortunately we have an attorney that isnt really doing much for us. I am trying to put together a list of interrogatories but I need help - havent been able to find any answers on line....help

I actually know several people who have gay parents. I am one of them. (child of a gay parent). I unfortuately know many people who are victims of move aways too. (Dh is one of them).

I think the rule is that the kids are in the jurisdiction if they live there for 6 months. If you can I would file to have them returned before the 6 month mark in your town, otherwise you are up for a fight in Florida.
