Can anyone help me find answers to family law questions in Texas... I don't have money for a lawyer, but am about to get served with a frivolous motion to modify...
Do a google search for Pro Se in Texas/ Fathers wanting shared custody in Texas. There are alot of them out there. You might want to post on the Texas board.

"Children learn what they live"
I know of a website that has helped me through almost all the family law issues that I have faced. It's almost like having your own lawyer, but it wont push you around and make you pay $3000 every two months.
Check it out at http://www.familylawsecrets.com - It has a great online ebook that really will show you what you can do to help your case.
Let me know if it works out for you. I swear by this guys book, and I tell everyone I know about it. Good luck.
