Unfair, unbalanced and the reason why we need to do something now.

This is almost a year old??
This is a great read. A lot of it hit home. I'd love to see many more states follow this with there own investigations. I'm in a 50/50 shared custody arrangement in Maryland with my kids mom. We switch out on an every-other-week basisi from Friday to Friday, yet I pay $569 per month in child support to her (3 kids). Needless to say, page 42, item D. Shared Parenting was of particular interest to me.
I've long agreed with the opening of this paragraph which states:
"The majority of the Commission recommends that if both parents are sharing the responsibility of raising the child(ren) on a relatively equal basis, no child support should be exchanged regardless of the income of the parents."
Like this report indicated, there is just too much absolute power in the hands of the family court masters and judges.
