Title: She wants paternity after 15 yrs, does she get her cake and eat it too?

After 15 yrs of avoiding me and keeping me out of my son's life, she wants paternity now.  Why all of a sudden?  I don't mind paying child support but not for the last 15 yrs when I had no chance for relationship with the kid.  What are my rights.  Randy

paternity on her 12 year old son.  It was his son and he was ordered to pay CS.  However, when the issue of back to birth came up the judge told her No way, you didn't tell him for 12 years he had a son you can't go back till then.  

So every judge and state is different but it didn't work for this case.
