Title: Paternity Test
Post by: ironhead on Apr 30, 2006, 08:50:27 AM
Was just served to met with Child Support agency for paternity.  Should I get a lawer for this test, considering the boy is 15 now.  The boy is mine. ..  Should I get the test or should I agree to paternity.  If I want the test, they may think that I don't want the responsibility.  If I claim paternity, I will never know for sure.  1/3 of people paying chils support are not the Bio fathers.  Plus she lives out of state.  Do I have to goto her county or can it be done interstate?  Been a long time coming.  Anything I should know not to say or say?  Wondering in Wisconsin.

Hi,

Hands down....agree to the test.  I don't think you need a lawyer until the results of the tests are made available.
