Anyone every go through this? What did you do and what happened? Sexual abuse.
Please give more information. It is very difficult to give accurate advise towards a one-line question.
Also read the articles pages, there is lots of onformation there.
Kent!
I can easily imagine excellent reasons to not put out details on such a problem. False accusations of sexual abuse have been frequently documented. For other examples, search not only this site, but other Father's rights groups.
Whatever you do, do not think this will "blow over". Once the accusation is made, you are in big trouble and in need of a good lawyer. Talk to several lawyers (even if you already have a lawyer). You typically can get one free consultation (they are hoping to pick up your business and understand that things change in a high-stakes case such as one with accusations of sexual abuse). If nothing else, collecting a second (third or fourth) opinion will better prepare you to working with the lawyer you actually go into court with.
