I have been pre-released from prison to my parents home. I love my son, but his grandparents won't let me talk to him. What are my rights?
you will require a court order and likely have no rights to your child absent one. You do not say why you were incarcerated, but the reason may hold a legal reason for the grandparents to keep the child from you. Speak to a lawyer and file for visitation and/or custody of your child.
This will be a hard row to hoe. Likley it will require alot of patience and determination on your part. Don't get upset with the process, do what you have to.
