I AM A UNMARRIED FAHTER OF A 9 YR OLD DAUGHTER, MY EX PARTNER
SABOTAGES AS MUCH INVOLVEMENT WITH MY DAUGHTER AS POSSIBLE, IE SAYING SHES NOT IN WHEN SHE IS,SHES ASLEEP,SHES ILL AND SO ON, SHE ALSO LEAVES HER AT UNDESIRABLE HOMES SO SHE CAN GO OUT WITH FREINDS
CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP BY GIVING ME SOME ADVISE ON WHAT MY
LEGAL RIGHTS ARE

Have you had a paternity test? Once you establish being the Father. You can then petion the court for visitation.

Is there any court order concerning visitation?

Start documenting and reading as much as you can on this site. More details will help others give you suggestions.

If it were my kid, I would find out where your daughter is being left and you or a friend, get some pictures.
