Title: Change of Venue within the state of WA.

I have case filed in Whatcom Co. WA.
After the final order, PP/RS and also a Order for dispute resolution be in Whatcom Co.

 The mother of my son has moved to Stevens Co. WA. where I have lived for 20 years, she just filed Notice of relocation a few days ago.


Since the mother has moved to Stevens Co. WA. where I also live can I petition the local Court for a change of Venue, or do I have to go though Whatcom Court to bring it to Stevens Co.

Since that's probably highly specific to your court system, I'd call the county clerk to ask for the proper procedure.
