Nicole Franke was interviewed yesterday by a freelance Chicago journalist calling on behalf of the Illinois Leader. I was interviewed by him as well.

Right now we're concentrating on getting the word out to media and other activist groups. We're about to begin concentrating more on the planned protest, too.

... in addition to doing what you are doing then consider the following (and to get more publicity)

- move your attorney to file to recuse the judge for being bias and prejudice against himself and his young child.  A successful motion  normally requires an attorney from outside the good-ole-boy system that is willing to tell the judge he will have his ass up in front of the Supremes today if he does not recuse himself.  Your attorney should know exactly what to do ... my IL. attorney did and was successful.  BTW, it did not cost that much and may be a lot cheaper and far more effective than the appeal .. I believe both can ride side by side.
Moreover, it is a message to the court that you are dead serious.

-  at very least employ the IL criminal statues to have the mother charged (free; SA files) and arrested for parental child abduction (visitation denial).  This is true..check it out.  These are actual legal statues ... not the social policy the courts are so willing to stand on. They are there for good reason.
