Title: False Allegations and Changing Custody
Post by: guido on Dec 04, 2003, 06:27:20 PM
BM recently convicted of making a false report to Law Enforcement about me. She was basically slapped on the wrist and not fined, pleading that she could do no time because she had children to raise.

Since this is happening repeatedly, I would like to change that.

Anybody have any suggestions on how I can use this conviction to argue for custody?
