I spoke with the attorney that handled the final parenting plan and told him some of the things that are going on with the ex and his parenting abilities, the attorney recommended that we go back to the court and file a modification of primary custody,I dont know if I can do this again.I thought the ex would at least try to be a decent father,I cant sit here any longer and let him get away with violating the court order. He told me last time we talked that its not fair for me to have my daughter 8 weeks in the summer,he said 6 is long enough.

Hang in there and keep plugging. It is worth it. Unfortunately, all I can offer is my prayers. You don't need my advice, by now you know full well what you are up against and you know the laws of the two relevant states far better than I.
