My ex-wife wants to move to another state and take my 13 y/o
daughter with her. We have joint legal custody. The state she wants to move to is where we originally left to move where we are now. She has a boyfriend in a state close to where she wants to move. We believe
she wants to move in with the boyfriend and get married. ( her 4th marriage) anybody know what is best to say on an affidavit and how to domesticate an order? The order is from the state we left. any general advice that I might be missing??
