My ex wife has left NC 4 years ago when she got fired from her job. She did not say anything to me that she was leaving and there is nothing in our divorce papers stating that she can leave the state. I'm the non-custodial parent and have not seen my children in 4 years, yet I'm paying child support. I have a vague idea as to where they are living, but I'm not 100% sure. What I'm trying to find out is one, is this a form of child abduction, and two, can I stop the child support?

Usually, when a persons children are abducted...they don't wait 4 years to report it. And, no...you can't stop child support.
