I have a girlfriend who rather run the street than take care of her child.
She disapeared for 2 days without word then she left and went to another state and i didnt let her take my son with her because when we argue she threatens me with taking my son away from me she uses him as a weapon and i have been having problems with her since the beginning she lies alot and cheats continuesly and i want to protect my rights so that my son is not used as a pawn or weapon again. when he was first born 2 weeks later she leaves and goes to florida where she met a guy and got pregnant right after we had my son she is unfit and i am leaving her but before i do i want my son. she is in another state where she was arrested for something and she calls me is this something i can use  how can i show she is incapable of takig care of a child let alone herself my son is 10 months old what do i do.

First of all, I advise you to seek legal counsel. I further advise you to file for custody during one of her absenses.  Next,, document, document, document,, did I mention document?

If you can, find out WHAT she was arrested for,, and whether charges are pending.

I'm sorry I don't fully understand...but what I "think" you said was that she went to Florida to get knocked up by another guy...and you kept the child.  Is she still in Florida?  Did she come get the son?  Has she given birth to the "new" child yet?  What was she arrested for?

I guess I'm unclear as to "who" has the child...you said you need help getting your son...but from what you wrote, it sounds like you might have him physically.
