Ok, I can't find it here, although I thought there was something. Basically, how do we go about proving PAS in court? The attempts at it by my stepdaughter's mother have been going on for a long time, and now they are starting to have a real affect.

you probably need to get psych evals on both your DH and his Ex. you'll probably also need to find an expert that can testify to the PAS or whatever personality disorder the Ex may have and why it's damaging to the child.
according to the evaluator we have just seen for a 'PAS' custody evaluation, the phrase PAS is being used less in the courts. The word coming into vogue is apparently 'entitlement'. That is to say that the (usually)CP feels completely entitled to the whole of the childs life and doesnt consider the NCP a parental entity in the least, and displays it in every arena possible.
We are still waiting on the report so I cant tell you more than that now. Good luck - you have along, expensive, frustrating road ahead of you!

Just double-click on the word PAS and you will find links on the subject from this site.

DON'T try to prove PAS- it's a hard thing to do and frequently fails. See this article:
