I have also just recently recieved a restraining order. She filed it against me saying that I am a physical threat to her and my son. She has no evidence of this, but there is only my testimony and that of several friends to argue this. I am filing a reverse restraining order on her to make sure she can not take my son from this state, as she has also recently threatened to move away so that I would not be able to find her or him.
Again, thank you for your time and any advice will still be helpful.
Steven

One of the first things you'll hear around here is "Document, document, document!". Having good records is *crucial*. Get yourself either the Parenting Time Tracker (PTT) at: http://www.deltabravo.net/custody/tracker.htm or the OPTIMAL Custody Tracking service at: http://www.parentingtime.net. The PTT is good, but the OPTIMAL service is definitely better.
