Title: Motions for unsupervised visits!!
Post by: lqdwa on Jun 28, 2004, 12:17:16 PM
I did not have a lawyer in my divorce.  It was brought out in court that while I was seperated I became a member of an internet dating site.  This was deamed unsafe and unhealthly.  I was given supervised visitation and ordered cousiling.  I have completed cousiling.  How do I send a motion to receive unsupervised visits with my son?  I am the mother of two other sons from a previous marriage with no custody problems.  I live in Texas.  Can I do this without a lawyer?  Can anyone help?

Was the counseling order a condition on getting unsupervised visitation?

If so, yes, file a motion showing you have completed this and ask for supervision to be lifted and standard visitation implemented.
