Well it looks like we are going to court.  Backkground for those who don't remember.

Bm is dating a man that is not allowed around child (5 years old) becuase of a protective order (he is a conviceted drug dealer turned confidential  informant).  We are now going to trial to determine if this protective order stays in effect (bm wants this...I just don't uderstand how bm can not see how allowing chld to be around this guy puts her chld in danger...anyways back to the subject).

What I need help with is, is does anyone know of case law, research or the such that would display how dangerous drugs (GHB, ectasy) are to children?  Does anyone know where I could start looking to find research on confidential informants,perhaps how the life they lead can put others surrouding them in danger?

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

I would think there would be thousands of reports and case law on this.  Type your request in a google search. Should bring up more then enough.
