Hi all,
I've posted questions previously about our 730 evaluation. Here's another.
The original court date to review the court ordered 730 evaluation was back in June. For various reasons it has been continued several times and the latest date is this Thursday, 11/18/04. The evaluator called DH and told him that it may be delayed once again b/c BM's therapist (their previous marital counselor) refuses to return his calls. He has not even received a message from the therapist. The evaluator called DH asking if DH had the counselors intern number and her supervisors license number. He did and called the evaluator back with the information.
There has never been a final custody order.
What happens if the evaluator never gets a hold of this person?
Can he eventually write up his report whether he speaks to her or not?
